IGA Mobile for Enterprise app for iPhone and iPad

Mobile for Enterprise is an application that integrates with the Fuji Xerox Image Gateway for Apeos (IGA) platform. Mobile for Enterprise helps you print photos and documents, upload these documents to an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system or create a document by scanning from a supported Fuji Xerox MFD directly onto you iOS device.

Key Features
Print
You can print documents from the following sources;
Albums – print photos from your photo albums
Camera – take a picture and print it
Documents – print documents that are stored locally on your device. Use the “open in” feature when reviewing a document to open it in the Mobile for Enterprise app
ECM Documents – print documents stored in your corporate Enterprise Content Management system
Print options:
Select to print in colour or mono; two sided or single sided and select the number of copies.
Print via the IGA print server or print using the QR code displayed on the user interface of supported Fuji Xerox Multi-Function devices (MFD).
Scan
Scan and store a document to your iOS device, supported formats are PDF, PDF/A, TIff/Single, Tiff/Multi, DocuWorks, JPEG, XPS.

Upload
You can upload a document to your corporate Enterprise Content Management system from the following sources:
Albums – upload photos from your photo albums
Camera – take a picture and upload it
Documents – upload documents that are stored locally on your device.

Prerequisites
This application, Mobile for Enterprise, must connect (communicate) to a Fuji Xerox IGA server. The IGA server must be version 2.6 and have Mobile for Enterprise enabled.
